The inspiration for this work comes from my visit to an outdoor market near Siem Reap, Cambodia. This market was such an exhilarating experience for the senses. The smell was strong with fish products and steaming pots at breakfast and lunch counters. The market sold a variety of apparel, home and food goods, but the food was primarily sold and made by women.
